Having the customer loyalty points program in general increases repeat customers/sales because customers know they are building discounts toward future purchases. From the customer's point of view: not having to carry "another" points card is a big plus and encourages customers to sign up for the program without hesitation.
The marketing features like reminder notices and the customer points has been of great value to increasing sales and customers love the reminders and points.
We are able to communicate design ideas via a FloristWare quote, and tailor orders to fit the client's needs and budget.
I have had FloristWare since February and absolutely love it!! Even my assistant who is computer illiterate picked it up very quickly.
