When a florist has a question about a POS system designed for the retail flower business they don’t want to start by explaining that business. They need someone who has worked in that business and knows it, and the software, inside and out.
That person is Julie Wells. Julie has an extensive background in the floral industry, having worked in a retail flower shop on and off since high school. She obtained a B. Science in Plant Science/Ornamental Horticulture from CSU Fresno, with an emphasis on retail flower shop management. She also worked in the on-campus retail flower shop while obtaining her degree.
She most recently worked at a very busy retail flower shop where she managed day-to-day activities and specialized in organizing large events and weddings from conception through completion. She was also the shop’s resident FloristWare expert.
For the last two years Julie has been working hard to support our FloristWare clients and winning fans at every turn.
Julie lives in Virginia with her husband and young son and is active in her community. Her favorite pastime is gardening, and she loves to pass her knowledge and passion for flowers and plants onto the next generation.

I have been using FloristWare for the last 3 years. It is very simple to use and if you need help Julie is awesome – you leave a message and she calls you right back. It is reasonably priced and they do not have all of the extra charges that the wire services have. They have been a life saver many times if I had a problem with my computers, even if it was my fault. I would recommend FloristWare very highly.
It has truly been a pleasure to work with both of you. Your patience, expertise, and reliability are truly second to none. We have been so happy with FloristWare, especially because of the amazing support you have both provided us!
I would be remiss if I didn't mention that Deborah, and Julie, AND MARK completely saved my sanity (and quite possibly) a 4th generation flower shop. The customer service is second to none. Whereas my problem isn't fully resolved, it's a problem that is, in no way, of their doing; nor is it necessarily of any vested interest to FloristWare to have implemented a merely temporary solution (solely to 'get us thru valentine's day'). After being crippled by (wire service) for so long.. its refreshing to 'matter'.. Small family shops DESERVE to 'matter'.. and to be treated fairly and with respect. I'm rambling.. just had to step onto my lil soap box for a minute.
